1. Scope of Engagements

Vevtek provides custom software development, web engineering, mobile app development, SaaS product architecture, and AI automation workflows. All project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are formally defined in bilateral Statements of Work (SOWs).

2. Engineering Warranty & Post-Launch SLAs

All custom software delivered by Vevtek includes a 30-day bug-fix and stability warranty post-production launch to resolve any code discrepancies against approved technical specifications. Ongoing maintenance, cloud infrastructure management, and continuous feature development are covered under structured engineering retainers.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any related service contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
